Mission Statement

To provide members with quality education, industry standards, networking opportunities, and guidance to protect, promote and enhance self storage business practices and operations of the self storage industry in Wisconsin.

WSSA provides a powerful network of information and a wealth of experience to those who are in or wish to enter the self-storage industry. As a member, you benefit from the advice and experience of industry insiders and other self-storage operators throughout Wisconsin. In 2004, our beneficial Organization has grown by over 60%!  We believe this reflects the need for representation for self storage owners throughout the State of Wisconsin.

Together, we will face legislative issues in your local area, as well as on a statewide basis.  We also compile useful information for our members such as forms and contracts that can be used in your day-to-day business in the self storage industry (available in our Members Only section).
